Such a wonderful experience! Everyone was kind and inviting. Very fast but not rushed at all, and I felt very comfortable while being there. My nails look beautiful and I will definitely be back. I will be recommending La Crystal Nails to all my friends! So happy to finally have a nail place I can go back to!

Been to La Crystal and you don’t want to go anywhere else. Always surprise me with their talents. Also the staff is lovely and kind, they treat me as family. They have a massive collection of colors. The price is another cherry on top as it is reasonable. So lucky to have found this place. Definitely my most fave nail spot in Ottawa.

Loved itttt. Had my acrylic with shellac nail paint and design with Azi and I had an amazing experience. She was so gentle and took alot to time to do the nails carefully. I had a amazing first time experience and will definitely come here again.

I love this nail salon! Minh was absolutely amazing, she made my nails exactly what I wanted, the design was perfect! She was so kind as well- I accidentally went to the wrong location and felt so bad but she was so understanding and sweet. Will definitely be going here from now on!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at La Crystal on Cumberland! I’ve been going to both locations for a while. For the first time Ruth did my nails, she’s newer to the salon but don’t let that stop you from asking for her. Super kind and the shape and colour is flawless. Chan was also super accommodating and kind as usual.
