I went there for a stylish hair cut! The staff assured me he is the best!!!!! I paid so much and walked away with a terrible cut which he blamed on me!!!! Not only he doesn’t not know how do styling and cut!!! But he is very rude ! Controling and makes sure to put you down !I now have to wait to grow my hair again to pay someone else to fix this mess!!!! All this after I showed the exact photo of what I want ! Don’t trust them with your hair

Mohamad cut my hair 2 times, both were a distaster. Hope he can undestand written english to see my comment. Very bad experience twice.

Maria literally took off a portion of my eyebrows after I constantly kept repeating that I wanted her to do the extras only and I want my eyebrows to be on the fuller side. It was not hygienic and the staff is just lacks the basic training.

It is so good to be back here after the pandemic (1 year and 6 months later). I have been a customer here for 5 years and I have always gotten quality results here. Cutting, treatment, keratin care, colour, etc. They have it all here! Ray, my man is a magician! It’s all totally Worth it!

First time in this location and overall experience was good. I had my hair cut with Nikki in their Eglinton location and it was good, this time time I went with Sami and he was really good at what he was doing. I showed him a picture and we were discussing it for a while before he started his work and the end result was great!!Obviously your experience here mostly depends on your hair stylist and I have no experience with the rest of them.The only (weird) thing I noticed which I think they should improve is that there is no sitting area if you wanna wait for your turn!!!final notes: you do get a hair wash before the trim. You can walk in but they can get really busy, so better call them to book an appointment
