Such an amazing experience. My sister and I brought our mom here for a girls day and the massage therapists were so kind and accommodating. Such a friendly and cozy atmosphere, the services were amazing and everyone was so relaxed after. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the amazing ladies who were there today, we had such a great time!

It was absolutely amazing. I got 90minutes massage and pedicure there. They show lots of essential oils and massage oils to choose for your body massage also for you to relax. And for Pedicures no chemical in the water for soaking your feet. It was all natural. Everybody who was working there was really kind and nice. I would definitely go back again next time.

I love the Haven Spa. I love the relaxed atmosphere and Krysta is wonderful. She pays attention to detail and makes you feel like the most important person at that moment. Can't say enough good things about Krysta. She is very generous of her time, her thoughts and her sample products. Love this place.

Have had 90 minute massages with both Krysta & RMT Hannah. Both excellent, extremely relaxing & Hannah tends to any specific problem areas you may have that day. Had the 4 Layer Facial with Melissa, I believe & it was soothing & by far one of the best I have had. I would not hesitate to book with ANY of the practitioners now, as my experience to-date has shown the quality of their services to be equal.

Krista was amazing! she ask questions and she listened and definitely hit all the right spots on my body and relieved all of the tension spots! she is very good at what she does and I highly recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience getting a massage and a pedicure. The energy of the place is so peaceful. No harsh products were used. Essential oils were top shelf. They also have some vendor products as well. I really enjoyed getting pampered there. Kristine was such a gem. Looking forward to the next time I go and for our next interaction. Thanks for taking such good care of me ❤️

If I could give you higher than 5 stars I would! ❤️Hands down THE BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER HAD!!!❤️Julie was phenomenal...I can't say enough...but She pampered me, treated me like a Princess and made my skin glow! I was so relaxed when I left...it felt like I was walking on a cloud! Absolutely outstanding!Not to mention the amazing special goodie bag I received as a thank you! I truly felt valued and loved!❤️If you have hesitated to book before now...RUN...DON'T WALK... to book your next spa treatment here @ THE HAVEN SPA! ❤️Thank U for THE BEST FACIAL EVER...I will be back! ❤️

It was worth the drive from downtown Calgary. Krysta came in on her day off to accommodate 2 of us! Both Krysta & Kate gave amazing massages and they were very much needed after hiking & biking in Banff/Lake Louise

Kristine has a gift. She is amazing at what she does as she is gentle yet firm in aligning the body. I had a massage with her and I can’t describe how necessary her work is and how more people should experience it. My body feels aligned, and grounded. Thank you for your healing hands, your loving energy and your SO VERY POWERFUL yet gentle direction to a more grounded body. Absolutely amazing work.

I had a wonderful West Coast facial with Krysta yesterday. The ambiance at The Haven is casual and very relaxing. The arm and foot massage, and paraffin hand treatment is a wonderful addition to the treatment. A little shopping afterward amongst the locally made jewelry and soaps was the perfect ending. Thanks, Krysta!
