DO NOT FOR WHATEVER REASON TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEIR MENTAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT!!!!!This daycare is the honest to God WORST DAYCARE EVER. There was/is one lady named Cathy who legit NEVER wore shoes, constantly BULLIED actual CHILDREN to the point of tears on a DAILY BASIS. Its absolutely disgusting because she was/is the main daycare lady.

Excellent staff work here! They are the best mixture of structured and easy going. Really well run daycare with good hours, on site at Rochester school.

Hi & Bye Daycare
We loved having our daughter at Hi & Bye. She had a wonderful learning experience in her two years there. Very thoughtful staff and a clean, safe facility.
