WOW in service and quality. Carole rescued me as I needed to choose all of our bathroom hardware for our new home within several hours and have them on-site of our new build home within the week. Carole was calm and truly took all the stress out of this last minute order. I must say that it sure makes a difference when you purchase great quality Riobel" faucets. We moved into our home and I absolutely love our new showers

I wish I could give this outfit a 0" rating; I have been in the store three times and three times employees did not know the price on items in the showroom. They took my email address and said they would send me the price specs and not once did they. I am tired of going in the store and getting nothing in return. They obviously don't want my business so I am going to Splashes instead."

Updating a house can be a daunting challenge but Scott made the plumbing aspect painless by helping and guiding us through it with a smile and a great knowledge base. Sure, issues arise when ordering from multiple suppliers but Scott took care of us from beginning to end including addressing minor scratches on gel coat products. I will definitely be recommending Classic Kitchens to anyone who will listen. Five star service from a five star business. Thank you Scott and Classic Kitchens.

Keep your receipt, they only hold sales records for 6 months which is not helpful during warranty claims.Products usually ship from their warehouse in Ontario which takes several weeks.When received the toilet box was ripped open so could have been a returned product.
