Was an amazing experience working with Sean and Cheryl. They helped us figure out which car was right for us and made for a quick and easy process with the purchasing process. Would highly recommend going to them when looking for quality used vehicles. They also had an amazing vintage car section which was a nice bonus.

I had a money pit of a vehicle. I had finally had enough and stopped by Alberta Truck & Auto just to browse alternative options. Ended up buying a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali from them and I LOVE it. Sean, the manager, kindly pointed out where I had gone wrong with my other vehicle (e.g. did not get warranty, took it to the wrong kind of repair shop). He was down to earth and nice and reasonable. They took my lemon off me at a very decent price - probably in part just to help me out. This is a fantastic place to trade in a vehicle or get a used vehicle and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I had the pleasure of dealing with both Cheryl and Sean. Cheryl assisted my family and I with finding a vehicle that suited both our budget and our needs. She was quick efficient and friendly throughout the process. The vehicle we looked at in their lot was in excellent condition and thoroughly cleaned. Any issues were mentioned before hand.As for Sean he helped facilitate the financing process. The vehicle was a rebuilt so some financing company's were not interested however Sean worked hard and quickly to find one that did. He was always 100% upfront and honest about the process, fees, and everything in between so there was never any surprises.The only delays that came up was from finance company itself and he always relayed everything right back to me. Sean made sure that even though the car would not be ready at the scheduled time of 1pm that day, he got us a loaner car to fill the gap since the car we had was being returned before the purchased car would be ready. My experience has shown me that the people that work here truly cares about the customer beyond just making the sale.Overall just a pleasure to deal with and would 100% buy from them again and would refer anyone to check them out first. The prices are fair, the staff is knowledgeable and will work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Cheryl and Sean has been incredible in helping myself selecting the right vehicle and getting every organized for a quick and stress free purchase. Not only were they eager to share information and educate me during this purchase, they made a newcomer to Canada feel welcome and supported! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Sean, Logan, Sheryl and the rest of the team are fantastic. Very good atmosphere and the process of buying was super easy. We have purchased two vehicles in the last 6 months, pretty easy choice to make a repeat sale there.

I found a car here online. Though the vehicle brought me to Cheryl and Alberta Truck & Auto, I would definitely go straight to them in future. Cheryl was an excellent salesperson. She made the experience very pleasent: no games, just a good vehicle at a fair price.

Mechanical Fitness Assessment:The Mechanical Fitness Assessment was sent to me via email by Cheryl Smith on Tuesday June 13th, 2023.a) The VIN on the assessment does not match the actual VIN of the car.b) The mileage described on the assessment (110,462km - dated September 28th 2022) is higher than the current mileage (107,903km - June 13th, 2023) by 2,559km.c) This assessment is only valid for 120 days after it has been completed. The assessment, as required by Vehicle Inspection Regulation, was expired.2. Carfax - Vehicle History Report:a) I requested a copy of the Vehicle History Report for the 2000 Mustang Convertible from Cheryl Smith and did not receive this report. Instead, she sent me an expired Mechanical Fitness Assessment.b) I purchased a copy of the Carfax Vehicle History Report myself.c) This particular vehicle has suffered accident/damage that is classified as miscellaneous" in the amount of $5

Sean and Logan made the process of buying a vehicle painless. This is my first time buying a vehicle here and will not be my last. I didn't know that buying a vehicle could be so quick and easy! I wish every dealership could see how this team operates. Believe it or not, but the price you see them advertise their vehicles for online is the actual price of the vehicle ... so refreshing to come across an honest dealership!
