Very busy at noon hour on Friday. But quick service and plenty of open tills made it bearable. Lots of selection in the vintage section. Helpful staff spent time looking for a specific bottle. Impressed!

Used to have a great craft beer collection before the renovation. Now it’s very limited and filled with basic beers like your Budweisers and Coor Lites.

Felt; Racism today at the storeAt the cashier while checking out:; employees were offering one free water bottle per customer considering as give aways.There were 4,5 customers in my queue cashier gave one bottle to everyone.Unfortunately, when my turn came she didn’t offer me or asked me.I said I can buy the water bottle. To which she said its not for sale:And when I was leaving still she remaining bottles she gave to customers.Racism.? Visible minority.? Color.?Did not expected from LCBO at North Centre

Used to be a nice location with kind staff. Not sure what has happened recently. With the new reline the aisles are too narrow to pass anyone, it is hard to find anything and security always seems to be yelling at people. When I need LCBO I now go to any other location.

Supervisor went to the security guard and followed us throughout the entire store while we were picking our drinks. When we got to the cashier they asked for ID which is understandable but they wouldn't serve us even though we are all over 21. Not a good experience.

They didn’t accept my passport as an ID, and they didn’t let me purchase just because they needed a Canadian ID, even when I have been purchasing alcohol in this location for years. I also went there with my dad, a resident who showed his Canadian driving license, and the supervisor would not even look at the documentation. This felt really aggressive and discriminatory, when there was no intention of even looking at the ID, but rather a prejudiced judgement. If you want to have an idea of my age, both my dad and I have white hair. So, obviously, we are not just kids buying alcohol.

Staff is polite & very helpful. Store is clean and bright. Lots of different varieties of rum and tequila.
