We had called the day before the pickup and they were able to accommodate us. The morning of right at my scheduled window they called to let us know they were behind schedule finishing with another client and they would call us once they were finished. We appreciated the update to not be waiting for them at the pickup location when not needed. Pricing for our pickup was reasonable and they quickly tackled the items we wanted removed. We will definitely use Junk Works again! Very friendly team on location and the phones.

I got quotes from 7 companies in the area. Junk Works beat them all by more than 60 bucks. Easy to get a quote and book via text, 2 hour window, and they were there only 40 min into our window. Polite and professional staff. Would highly recommend.
