This branch is okay, friendly staff, etc. but they dont return your phone calls in a timely manner or at all ! Not good, but they are friendly at the branch, so there is both good and bad, everywhere ?

Everything with this Credit Union has gone downhill since the Merger.Have tried to reach Senior Staff several times to no avail. Different locations too.We used to ADORE this credit union.They do not oversee things with the diligence they once had. Such a shame they can’t uphold the great service they once provided. Taking all our investments, personal and business banking elsewhere this year. Unfortunate that it’s all changed.

Huge staff turn around, The front girls are ok in the customer service area the the financial advisors in the back are horrible. It has become so bad that we have paid the penalty to pull our mortgage early and close our accounts.

We wish we could leave a zero star review for this branch. Incompetence is in abundance at Prospera Lakeshore. From the customer service reps right up to the branch manager, the struggle is real. They have made several errors and take no ownership for it, they even went so far to refer us to our other bank to resolve their screw up. A simple transaction request has taken 8 weeks and counting to try and resolve........then they sent my husband a survey request to ask how they did!! Pffft. Do not go here, not sure how the place is still standing judging by the people they employ.
