Freshwest Grill
Very healthy and delicious lunch option as food court meal options go. Food is always made fresh as you can see it being cooked and prepared in the open kitchen. Staff are always very friendly and on the rare occasion that service takes too long or an order is incorrect, the manager finds a way to make it right.

By far the best location, as I’ve been to multiple. I always go to this location as the staff are so nice and work great as a team. This location can get very busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves fast. I always get the salad because the mango dressing that is included on the side is delicious.

This is located in the Royal Bank plaza food court. It's typically busy and the food portions are large. Been here a couple of times and there is always one server that is extremely impatient and argumentative. Would avoid going here just to not have to get a headache every time I want lunch.

Some good fast food that is very easy to access. Freshwest Grill has all the makings of a successful burrito chain, but two years since its opening there's still only one location - in the TD Centre food court. Get ready for lineups. There's lots of good variety here including soy and shrimp burritos.

Great food and not terrible for you either. Through minor and almost inconsequential adjustments, one can create a reasonably healthy meal that's packed full of protein and fiber. It's worth to get the veggie option as fajitas vegetables and guacamole will not be an extra charge and it's just as filling as the meat dishes. Limited menu but that's ok. Quick service but keep in mind, sometimes you get hooked up and other times they are chincy and you're left with half of what another server might give you.For that reason 4/5.
