Buggy Bath

The ticket dispenser at the entrance door was not working and when I asked the person in charge I was yelled at by the grumpy old guy and told me to get back to my car. I had a quick exterior rinse of my vehicle and spayed the mats quickly and was charged $11+ - too pricey for like 5 mins use of the facility. Definitely not going back.

I see other users had a similar experience. The ticket dispenser has been down for over a month, no flashing light or indication its working again. I pressed it regardless to give it a try and no ticket. I started washing and the guy there was giving me a hard time. I said it didn't despense the ticket. He insisted it was fixed a week ago but was not the case when I pressed it. Continued to be rude and impatient with me as I went to pay and said others were fine. Customer service is not their strong suit at this place. I've never had an issue before and the price for a wash was never that bad. Disappointed with the way he handled this experience as I've been going there for years.

This is my go to car wash when I want to do a hand wash. Water pressure is great, the place is clean, and because I can bring my own car wash products. Just be mindful of the time as you get charged by how long you are in the car wash. It can get expensive.

Spent about 5-6 minutes to do a quick rinse and was charged $23.95!!! I had to have the woman say the price multiple times because that price is just ridiculous. Will never be going back, go to a gas station car wash instead - you’ll get a much better car wash for $10 there.

I am frequent visitor when I need a quick wand wash and was excited for the reopening with new equipment and lighting. Unfortunately the price has begun to creep up too high for me to recommend anymore. They need to be more transparent and post the price per minute somewhere.

Sad to see this place decline. There was a time I could give my car a decent rinse here for under $5. Well apparently the price of water tripled in Winnipeg because it’s gonna be at least $10 closer to $15 here for decent wash.

Today was the first and last time I will ever be coming to this car wash. I always go to the wave car wash on scrufield, however today it was very busy and huge line ups. I decided to try this one out. Arrived and there was no line up. I honestly didn’t know what I was coming to as the machine outside gives you a slip, okay cool? Once inside I see signs saying that you pay based on your time in the building, that came as odd to me but decided to proceed to wash my small hatchback that only costs me $6 to wash at the Wave. I tried to be as quick as possible as I didn’t know how much I would be charged. Upon finishing and driving to the exit is where it came as a HUGE shock when the lady announced the price of $17.65!!!!!! WHAT!! What a rip off, and what a ridiculous price to pay for my hatchback. AVOID this place unless you wanna spend that much on a car wash. Ridiculous I was expecting at least $8 not $17.65!!! I will be sticking to the wave on scrufield, where it only costs me $6…..Never again!

DO NOT USE. Unless you want to spend triple the price. I typically spend 10 minutes washing my truck, at most places it can cost $12-15. Unfortunately i’ve been here twice now. First time just to try it and it was $25 for 10 minutes second time I did a quick rinse just hot water. $38.75. I never liked River Hights and this just adds to my list. Do not recommend this money grab. Seriously someone should knock that place down and build a Five Guys, maybe then I’ll enjoy River Hights a little more.

Nice clean facility with good equipment but I did not know what to expect price wise seeing as there was no information at the entrance and only signs saying that you pay by time. A quick soap and rinse should not have cost nearly $15. Will not be returning.

I do a regular quick rinse on my vehicle throughout the winter at another carwash but I just so happened to pass by this place. I was just here for 6-7 minutes, and only used the rinse cycle- nothing else. I realize this place charges by the time you are in the building but $23.95 is robbery! Safe to say I will not come back.
