These guys are 100% fraud... I traded my car to hyundai and they wanna buy my car.. So what they did they put another loan on the car without letting us know and when we get to know we called them they never answer any call.. Then finally after 6-7 days when guy name sean answered.. was very rude to me.... I was thinking to go to police but hyundai said they gonna take care of it they almost wasted my 35 days. When hyundai forced them to take off the loan..They did..because hyundai wasn't able to trade the car which has two laon..Nd i already Got the insurance for new car.. .... but they still owe me 500$.. They told me they gonna reimburse me for the insuarnce that i paid because it was their fault i was already paying insurance for my new car. but they never did... I still have another key for camaro convertible They said mail the key when we pay 500 to you.... They are cheating other buyer as well.... fraud sean,mark both fraud

I'v been to many mechanic shops and this one is by far my favourite! The people are just great, the service is excellent and their prices are fair! They have helped me with getting my scratches fixed and I go to them regularly when I need an oil change. They also inform me in case I need something else I wasn't aware of. Thank you guys for an amazing job each time!!

A couple weeks ago I ran into a few engine issues with my 2016 Jetta, although they were extremely busy. They were able to help me out in a very reasonable time and at a reasonable cost based on the work that was done. I would highly recommend using them for all our your automotive needs.

Bridlewood Automotive is a great shop with fantastic value and good customer service. I dropped off my 2013 Dodge Dart to have body work, paint and detailing completed all for a fair price that would have cost me the same or more at competing shops with a lesser quality of work.Shaun is great and kept me informed of the work and how to keep costs down while getting done what I needed.The shop is honest, hardworking, and a great value on the dollar. Would recommend to anyone looking to get work done on your car, regardless of what needs to be done.

As Bridlewood Automotive, they were always friendly, always very professional, always did a great job on my vehicles. I used Bridlewood since the 90's and recommended them many times to family and friends.However, this business changed ownership when the owner of Bridlewood unfortunately passed away. When the new owner took over prices went up but he still had the same mechanics at that time. I no longer use this mechanic due to the higher prices.

Shaun and his team at 411 drives is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I were in a bind needing a car and had been stuck paying for rentals for almost a month. The same day we walked into their shop we were the proud owners of the exact vehicle we had been searching for. On top of that he did several modifications to my boyfriends specifications and desires and it came out beautifully. I highly recommend this team to anyone who needs a new vehicle!

This shop is amazing from the lady at the front desk to the mechanics to the owner. Everyone makes sure you are taken care of. I just got winter tires, a new windshield and a detailing and I couldn’t be happier with the services. It was like a had a brand new vehicle. Not knowing a lot about cars I often get taken advantage of when I bring my Jeep in. Not here! They do exactly what is needed and don’t try and add in hidden costs/repairs. I am so happy I found this shop 2 years ago, I haven’t gone anywhere since!

I love how these group of young gentlemen detailed my car they did such an excellent job I will definitely be going back. Excellent prices by the way! :)
