They do not honour their promise. Very very difficult to get customer service. You are basically on your own if you have an issue. Cheap prices, cheap service. It’s a lose, lose situation. Like they say, you get what you paid for…

Was an amazing experience and had wonderful help from Monica, she took us all threw step by step and made sure we all did it correctly. Lovley little place with a warm inside. Didn't take long for the phone number to come through and she supplied us all with the tools necessary to change the Sim AS WELL as give us a Lovley bag for our other Sim card for safe keeping.

I was going to Europe on business matters, but as a result I found out about the lack of roaming in Europe. Then on Friday, together with the employees of another provider, 4 days before the end of the previous payment (two of them are business days), I made a request to transfer. After lengthy reminders, Phonebox employees said that they could not give my account number for the transfer, as it prevents them from making a request in the system from the provider, which they already knew very well about since Friday! Under the threat of a shutdown, I was forced to extend a low-quality service for 30 days. Who will compensate for these expenses and my other business losses is not entirely clear from the support responses.

Monica was a delight. She definitely got me the best deal possibile. I thought I was going to Lucky mobile but it turned out to be much more cost efficient and supportive than I could have imagined. Thank you much. Would highly recommend as a one stop shop.

Ported my old number and never had a problem. Paying way less. If you can't follow instructions online and need a lot of hand holding this is not for you and that's why you should pay more elsewhere

Poor service.Great plans and pricing and no one works at the office to pickup calls. I just wanted to upgrade my data plan.Requested call back and waited an hour already. Called back again and was directed with the most annoying voice messaging that keeps repeating itself.

Great company. I’ve had nothing but praise. I’m getting 5G through PhoneBox for Chatr/Freedom prices. For all the people trying to port out and suffering.. why?This is the cheapest plan you can get. Don’t do it for the phone it’s never really worth it.

I met with Monica at phone box today. She helped me set up a US SIM card for my holiday to Hawaii! 10/10 service. Very nice and informative. A fast process. Will be back

I sent an Email to change plan from $35 10G to $30 10G. The next day responded my Email. It was very quick. I was very happy for the service team! Thank you!
