We rented a bin on Friday and gave our deposit info . It was to be delivered on the following Monday morning. We asked friends to come up (2 hour drive) to help us remove rubbish.Monday at noon we called to ask where our bin was ... Ryan said 2 hours ... 24 hours later NOTHING .Ryan would not answer the phone text messages, nothing . He would even Ignore" the calls because it would ring once then voicemail.VERY unprofessional !!! We still to this day have no answer from the company. DO NOT USE THEM !!!"

I just had a full truck load of junk picked up , excellent customer service! very helpful and friendly! Worth the money I paid! I strongly recommend Greenwave Bins, I will definitely call again!
