I was very impressed with the service I received from Canso Ford.Everything from booking the appointment online to the actual repair of my vehicle was very professional. Every member of the team that I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable.I went in with a list of things that needed repair and all were done to my satisfaction, in a very timely manner. In four hours they had everything fixed that my dealer in Toronto didn’t get done in 5 days, and I found their charges to be very reasonable.Canso Ford rocks!!!

Sales experience was ok sales guy very nice, process of buying a lil longer than I anticipated but I had thought it was worth it at the time shortly after purchase multiple visits to service department for multiple reasons lady’s were lovely but dealing with mechanical problems and issues was not brand new 2100km on vehicle not working properly several attempts with them to rectify issues I was then told that they were not able to do anything else to pick it up so I contacted another dealership who were more than happy to help me needless to say I will not be back in there building again take my business elsewhere. Seems like once sale is complete they don’t care that’s my opinion.
