I bought a dinning set, one of the brand new chairs arrived without one of the floor protectant!! which we’re unable to sit on as it wiggles a lot, we contacted the store, they are not willing to replace it, they say the can ship the part and they don’t have an expected date of arrival ( this means it will take forever). Not happy at all!

Went in to purchase a bedframe. We were told that we didn't have to choose the delivery option right away and we could leave it as pick up until it Arrived in store. When we went into the store we to arrange delivery they told us since the product was already in store, the delivery would have to be Thursday (which is not what we were told when we purchased the item). The girl had told us that we could arrange for delivery when it came in and pick a delivery day that suited us best. Because of this misinformation we had to take a day off work and lose out on a day's pay. When we mentioned that while picking up all we were told is that the associate would be spoken with. Not impressed with the customer service.UPDATE: we went to go put our bed together and it was missing all six of the support legs. We ended up going into the store and the store manager was able to give us four of them and ordered the other two. Store manager was very helpful and provided a solution to our problem. As well the staff have been spoken to regarding providing the correct information about delivery. Really appreciate the good customer service provided by the store manager!!

Not satisfied the way they handle my complaint. I sent an email Sunday night just right after we got home to pick up the dining table that we’ve waited for 2 weeks. It is totally wrecked inside. The box is also filled with tapes!! I called Monday morning to see if we can have the replacement right away because we waited for 2 weeks already. They agree at first, they told me to bring the table during store days/time. So my partner and I decided to bring it back today. And called the store to inform that we are coming today for a replacement. It’s disrespectful that the lady I just spoke to hang up my call. And told me that the replacement will never happen because it has to be approved by the store manager. My goodness! How come it hasn’t been reported? When I emailed and called them as soon as we got the defective product?! Decided for a FULL REFUND OF EVERYTHING WE PURCHASE. Waste of time, no urgency, long waiting time and then giving you a totally wrecked dining table. Really disappointed.

Shelley was our contact for the day. She was very patient with us as she showed us around and helped us with combinations of sofa and sectionals. She waited while we were still discussing. The store had good deals which we liked and we bought a sofa. Great experience with the store and Shelley!

Shelley has been extremely helpful and patient with helping me get the best deal for my mattresses purchase, that fits within my requirement and budget.The same goes with the manager who stepped in and provided additional support to make sure I got the most out of their promotional offer. Highly recommended!

Harman has been very helpful. She would look for other options and possible fit for my requirements. With a great help to find a good fit. I have walked out with a dresser i’m happy with.

We had gone to this store to purchase a sofa. The clearance deals are really good and Shelley was our point of contact. She was very patient and showed us all the deals and was very helpful throughout. I recommend this store and definitely Shelley as sales person.
