New management Sun City, clean, warm welcome, friendly staff and has a Turkish bath with a VIP room, for 1st Ave area above T&T with lots of parking space. Great service and not disappointed, felt refreshed.

I had a horrible experience with feet fun this evening. I arrived for my appointment with my groupon, the woman at the front desk stated that my groupon had expired the day before and that I would have to pay $90 to receive my package. I had already informed her, when booking the appointment, of the expiry date and she said it was fine. I then read the fine print which clearly states that although the promotional value had expired, the paid amount ($129) would never expire. I attempted to point this out several times, however I was met with hostility and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman was rude and condescending towards me and I will not be returning. Groupon issued me a full refund and are following up with the merchant as to their poor behaviour. Very disappointing.

I brought in a business colleague that is visiting Vancouver and has a lot of experience in getting the Turkish Baths. She honestly loved the experience feet fun provided and recommends it. I really enjoyed their hospitality and professionalism. Great place to be in this cold weather and who doesn't like a great scrub with a professional massage.
