Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The management at FSJ office was great to deal with. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to Tariq and Rishi for providing such a good service.

The lady we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, very good experience. We didn't have any issues with the branch. Enterprise as a company though has a poor inventory management system (I bet it is couple of decades old and has never bothered updating it to 21st century) since on their site for example it shows they have mid-size SUV and we booked it but when we showed up they did not have any available which tells me they practically do not have a proper inventory management system that could tell them what vehicles are available at any point in time so they let customers book whatever vehicle type they prefer/need and when they customer shows up Enterprise give the customer whatever vehicle they have available and since most customers have plans that they cannot change, they have no choice but accepting whatever vehicle they can get.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have rented cars in different cities and countries for so many times, so many years and I can tell you for sure that this branch is the worst I have come across with and the people that work here are the rudest and most disrespectful I have ever done business with. Don't give away your money to these miserable people. I am actually thinking about calling the police.I will tell you briefly what happened to me:1. I booked a regular SUV (RAV4 or similar) and they wanted to give me a Hyundai Kona (sub compact SUV) for the same price. They were not even willing to change the rate.2. After 3 hours wasted and being 7pm, they offered my Hyundai Elantra, with a different contract. I took the keys and headed to the parking lot just to find out that the cars had a huge crack in the windshield by the driver`s seat, the car needed service, the gas tank was not full, it was dirty inside and the horn was not even working. As it was 7pm, everyone was gone, I called and no one answered.3. I came back the next day to switch the car. They refused to give me a different car... (I tried to book a car on their website and it was perfectly possible). I asked for a full refund, but they decided to charge me a full day + gas (almost CAD 100). So, they took my money for scamming me and wasting my time.4. I talked with Raj, the supervisor and Ananthu, the branch manager. They were rude, disrespectful and arrogant the whole time. They clearly never wanted to help. They were always saying that everything was my fault as I picked up the car from the airport instead the city office... at the end of the day, they and other employees admitted that they just never had a car for me. They are always contradicting themselves, these people is truly dishonest.5. Im still waiting for full refund. As mentioned before they charged the gas even when they didn't give me a full tank...Do NOT do business with these people, you will regret.

My wife was provided with a rental vehicle while hers is being repaired. Courteous, helpful, competent staff. Quick service. Location is a little hard to find if you don't know the town very well. Enterprise comes and picks you up, so location isn't really a problem. I have always thought Enterprise Vehicle rentals to be one of the better rental agencies. Never had any issues.

Ben was very helpful. Sent a courtesy message making sure everything was going good. Rental went very smoothly. I even brought vehicle back 3 days early and they reimbursed those days with ease. Would definitely rent from them again.

My first time renting with enterprise! I originally wanted a car, cause it was cheaper. But when I showed up they only had pickup trucks. So they gave me a brand new Chevy Silverado for the same cost of a car! It was clean, and very safe for our long drive to Edmonton.The staff was helpful and went out of there way to make sure we were happy. I will be coming back!

Rented a car from Enterprise for an impromptu road trip - paid for the cheapest car they had and they gave me a free upgrade to a brand new Impala with all the bells and whistles, and then gave me a coupon for another free upgrade on my next rental when I got back!It was my first time renting a car and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived at the airport location to pick up my car and it was waiting outside for me, already warmed up and ready to go. The staff member (sorry, I forget your name!) went over the car with me, showed me where an existing rock chip was, and showed me a few features. On return, I let them know that I was bringing it back in good condition, no further damage, and with more gas than when it started, and they gave me a rebate based on how much gas there was.The company I work for also rents trucks from Enterprise for work, and the 2017 F-150 I've got right now is pretty great to drive.

I must say a big thank you to Shawn,he was very help full in getting me a car to rent during my stay in fort st johnstaying at the hotel,i was offer for the car to be drop off at the hotel. he was on time and provide me with all information as to where the car must be returned after my 3 days rental was done.bravo Shawn,good customer service.

Nice people at the counter . My issue is I rented a truck it was a rare occasion that it was dirty it was Christmas and I had to leave that night . Anyway we did do a walk around and found no dents could not see if any scratches I had said what if there a like small scratches under the dirt and I was told not to worry about it we have noted that the truck just came in it's late at night and no time to clean it.. when we returned the truck a couple days later I got an invoice for over $9,000. for a 1/8 wide by 3 inch long scratch at the very back of the box . Alaska Hywy auto body did the quote and that company cannot blend paint so they had to paint the complete side of the truck for a scratch the length of my finger. I did argue the fact with head office and they said I was over charged and reduced the invoice because there was more damages quoted on the invoice than there actually was And I have no idea if the scratch was there before or not I know for a fact that I did not do it . So never under any circumstances accept a dirty vehicle from them no matter what they say plus get insurance I did not get the insurance that's my bad

Reserved a pickup. Came to location to find 0 vehicles. They said sorry we don't have anything. Might have a van in the next day or 2". Left me stranded in Fsj with no vehicle. Had to go to the one at the airport where they gave me a golf cart
