We were very impressed by Elements (Robert Russell) both for the grout and carpet cleaning. Excellent results and a thorough job was completed. The grout looks so clean and the carpets haven't looked better. The day before the work was to be done, we called Robert to see if he could change his time and come early as we had an appointment. Elements Carpet Cleaning is an exceptional company & the results that Bobbie created were more than we expected. We hired Bobbie last year to clean our upstairs carpets and upholstery. The results were amazing. So when we decided to clean our grout on our ceramic tile of the entire first floor, Elements was the company to call.We have alot of white tile and the grout was so dirty from 14 years of traffic, that it was now dark grey from the original white. Bobbie explained the process, including the products he was using, made sure our stainless steel appliances and furniture were securely protected and our kids / pets were safe for the duration of the application. After a few hours of cleaning our grout lines, it was soon back to the ORIGINAL WHITE colour that it was when we first built the house. The tile was washed and dried all at the same time leaving no mess behind. Then he applied a high-quality grout sealer that would allow our tile to look brand new for years to come.We would recommend Elements Carpet Cleaning and Restoration to anyone. Bobbie has done multiple jobs for us and we have seen the exceptional work he does. He is very professional and adheres to high-standards when it comes to his business. We have had so many family & friends compliment his work on our tile and we have confidently passed on his info in order to hire him to do their homes.

No matter how clean you try to keep your home, dirt just adds up. Sometimes you just need someone to come out and get the deep clean done on your area rugs, tiles and grout. I've used Elements a few times and must say Bob and crew will keep at it until your satisfied. I've been actually surprised how good the results were a couple of times when I was ready to retire an old, but favorite area rug. And the look of clean grout lines really polishes up your place IMO. Give Bob a call, my neighbors on both sides have used him too and were happy with the service. Just a decent value on a deep clean that we all need once in awhile.

He was professional, timely, friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning our tile shower and restoring and sealing the grout. With light coloured floors and two dogs, you can imagine how often I've had to clean my carpet. I've tried various companies in the area with different degrees of success. I heard about Elements Carpet Cleaning from a friend and decided to give them a try. Unlike some of the other companies I've used, Bob did an outstanding job in taking care of the various spots and stains and made our carpet look new again. Bob did a very good job on all the carpets in my house and rental houses, as well. My rental house's carpet was very dirty the color showed near black, and after he was done cleaning it, it was like new.. back to the original color of light green. He is very professional, responsible and answers all his texts and phone calls quickly.I'm using him again!

Great work Bob !We had our carpets in our house done as well as an area rug, Bob was very professional from the time he pulled up till the time he left, I was impressed that he put down a plastic sheet under my are rug before he cleaned it so no to get water on my wood floors. I have had my area rug clean by another company but it never came out as clean as it did this time. I like the fresh smell of his deodorizer that was left behind as well. over all I am very happy with the work and the service level.

Bob was professional,polite and on time!We have not had our carpets cleaned in almost 2 years and they really needed a good cleaning. Bob evaluated my carpets and talked to me about stains and traffic lanes. Overall very happy with Elements carpet cleaning and restoration.

We had Bob do our tile and grout, rug cleaning and buff our hardwood floors in preparation for a house sale. The job was very well done and we could not be happier.He spent over ten hours here and did not leave until he was pleased with his work and so were we.I would recommend him to anyone who wants someone who takes pride in their work.

Bob did an excellent job cleaning some stubborn grout strains from our 1970's era bathrooms. The tile looked new after he was done. He also did a great job cleaning a light blue carpet that is 30+ years old. I highly recommend Bob. He was on time, did what he said he would do, and was very careful in the house not to disrupt areas he wasn't working in. Call Elements for a thorough cleaning by a pro!
