I like coming here cause food is good as well as the service. When i buy from the drive thru my order always get done fast and handed to me, also the chicken is well cooked and cut.

Highly recommend!!! Huso and his team were so professional and friendly. Our employer appreciation day went off amazingly because of the service that Swiss Chalet provided to us!! 25 orders all different varieties and his Team did it perfectly!! Delmar International thanks you!! We will definitely go to Huso and his Team again!!! I thank you, for being kind and delivering when you didn’t have to!! Kudos to the Lasalle Ontario Swiss Chalet/Harvey’s!!

I haven't been in quite sometime and thought I'd try the new location here. We ordered four meals. Again, disappointed in the quantity for the price for a white 1/4 chicken meal. The extra paid for the white meat was about 3 bites. The chalet sauce was great and the fries were tasty, but I went for the chicken, which won't make me return anytime soon. I'll spend that money from one meal on buying a store bought rotisserie.

First time I’ve ordered from Swiss chalet in forever. Forgot some items in my order like donuts and butter for rolls… food was ok… chicken was kinda dry and wings tasted like they had been on a heating element all day. Gravy tasted kinda burnt… and the portions are smaller than the website leads you to believe. But ok as a quick meal fill the void.

Paid dining room pricing for fast-food. Order at the counter and sit in a cheaply decorated atmosphere. Have dined in many Swiss Chalet restaurants in many different cities and never had this kind of experience - very disappointed - won't be back.

This is one of the best Swiss chalet restaurants I have been to. The food is always fresh and hot. Absolutely delicious. All the staff members are so friendly and nice , Huso (manager) is so incredibly nice and he is always smiling when we (husband) pop in for lunch or dinner. Thank you all for the delicious food and service. The drive to La-Salle Ontario is worth it. You won’t be disappointed.

Horrible experience today. Ordered 2 orders of chicken wings w for 44$ suppose to be mild sauce, get home there's no sauce. Went back to give it to them they said they would correct the order. We open the order and it's chicken breast with frys (just 1 order) so just 44$ for one meal two drives back and forth. They should offered to refund the money (but didnt) just a lame apology, we won't be going back a third time to correct it and won't be ever going back. Moral of the story though check your food while your at the window.

Today I had the best Swiss Chalet quarter chicken w/ fries meal I have ever had! The chicken was tender, the fries were crisp but not too crisp, and the Chalet sauce was piping hot, just perfect for dipping the yummy roll!The interior of this restaurant is small but meticulously maintained. The wait and counter staff were friendly, and my food was brought promptly to my table by a very friendly gentleman who I assume is the manager.Well done! I don't live nearby but if I am ever in the area again and in need of some Swiss Chalet, this will be my go-to spot!

Found black hair in my salad.. I have long blonde hair.. Made me loose my appetite and didn't eat any of the food. Will never go back to this location, have given too many chances
