H&R Block

This is my third year of filling tax with H&R Block, There are professional staff working there, Mr. Sadeghi was very helpful and assist me getting tax refund as soon as the official filling process finished. Most recommended to work with him.

Babak is simply the best. He went above and beyond in terms of service. If I could give 20 stars I would. They should call it H&R Babak.

Babak really went the extra mile in terms of service. There isn’t enough stars to rate how good Babak was. I would like to sign a petition to change the name of the company to H&R Babak.

I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now. Marilyn is amazing. She’s been so accommodating for me, and always finds things that I seem to miss for claiming on my taxes. She puts the client first and always helps find the best ways to benefit the client. You rock!I should also note that Mimi helped me on my first year and she was also great. :)

My experience here was world class, could not be better!Firstly, Mr. Aashish Jagasia was very accommodating and helped us get an appointment promptly. He helped me and my spouse be fully prepared for our appointment.Now onto Mr. Babak, just too good! He went out of the way to help us and that's what I consider the epitome of customer service, and something I'll never forget. He also answered our complex questions comprehensively. Get your taxes done with him for a seamless experience.

I recently moved to BC and was clueless about how to go about filing my taxes. Thankfully, I scheduled an appointment with H&R Block and met with Babak. From the very beginning, Babak patiently explained every detail and guided me on the necessary documents required.Afterward, I made another appointment to file my taxes, and Babak again went above and beyond in working with us. He was extremely patient, provided excellent advice, and even applied a first-time customer discount for our family. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have worked with Babak.Thank you, Babak, for your exceptional professionalism and for making the tax filing process a breeze for us. If I could put minus 1000 stars I'd do it. I strongly recommend to avoid this branch in particular and I strongly advise avoiding all HR bloc branches. They do lots of mistakes, they are expensive and there's absolutely no customer service. Even after almost 1 year my tax returns is still not settle yet because of mistakes they did. If you think of doing your tax at Hr bloc you mine as well go at tim Horton and let them do it, they will surely do a better job. I restrain myself from insulting them on this post.

To anyone new to taxes, Babak (Mohammad H Sadeghi) was excellent. Cool, calm, collected and a great winter cardigan. He was fast and efficient, I would recommend him to anyone filing taxes or self employed for the first time.

Mark Mokanasingham at Vancouver H&R Block was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I'd recommend anyone go check in with him if you're looking for a warm and efficient experience.
