Very slow in service, took almost 20 mins and said that address isn't showing up in system, but I have already sent many mail to same address.

No responsibilities of packages without tracking number? Why do they have that option then??

Located within the Shoppers Drug mart it is hard to miss. I have used this location for all my postal and recently money gram needs and while my first experience with sending a money gram was (great on first blush) turned out to be a bust cost me not only the fees acosiated with sending a money gram but also the 59 dollars I had tried to send.I was given the wrong information by the postal employee ( even with the manager overseeing the transaction )so I wasn't told I had make a call to a number on the receipt to have the money deposited into a certain account and subsequently lost the receipt a week later and it was yet another few weeks before I knew that the call had to be made by the time I made it back to the post office they said they count help to even recover the funds even though I knew the date and time and the employee and manager who had served me in the place were right there. Other than that Incendent I have almost always found what I have needed .Canada Post really needs to train their employees much better for they also have always come across well Bored to say the least.

I have received the damage item and still be back on them no response to resolve the issueVery slow service

WORST customer service! Unprofessional Owner/Manager, don't go there.

Most staff are decent. But some seem disrespectful and not very helpful.
