I have had some of my most vulnerable and hard moments in this space getting medication for IVF and I have consistently been treated with kindness, respect and exemplar bedside manner. Particularly Hala is wonderful and over the past six years has made each trip to spend insane amounts of money on fertility drugs easy and always makes me smile.

This was my first time at this pharmacy, and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Every single person we spoke to or dealt with were so friendly and compassionate. They really took the time to go over the medications given. Even if they were super busy, I never waited more than 20 minutes for my prescriptions. Most times it was less than that! Thank you for your friendly service.

Terrible service for women going through difficult treatments. Zero compassion from the weekend individual claiming to be manager. Instead of admitting their own staff mistakes, started yelling at me. Nothing was ready for pickup even though I called several days prior to ask for the prescription to be filled, and I was treated so rudely on top of this. Unacceptable.

The most thoughtful and empathetic pharmacy I’ve ever been too! The nurse on hand took so much time to explain exactly how to administer my medication which was complex.I had to go back again for another dose and then another pharmacist was again generous with her time explaining my meds. I had an issue at home with my medication, I called and they stayed on the phone and called me through things step by step.They are just really kind, smart and great pharmacists!! Thank you

I have no idea what happened to this place, but there is obviously a whole new group of staff and pharmacist. I have been a patient at the clinic for 3 years and it has never been this bad at the pharmacy - actually it's INSANE! They are beyond SLOW. Every time I need to pick up a medication it takes them at least 1 full hour! And it's nothing more than a sealed box" of medication/injection. There are 3 people working there at a time. I have no idea what they are doing but there is obviously something fundamentally wrong with the way they are handling things. The previous group of staff at the pharmacy were flawless (there used to be Hala working there and others). Previously

The manager was accommodating, kind, and very competent. She patiently instructed my husband and me on how to administer the medications, and helped us when we were in a bind. I’m grateful for the help and kindness, especially at a vulnerable and stressful time.
