Hired this goof to help us with some files and collections, ended up taking our deposit and monies and not doing anything in return. Spent years chasing him and his team of professional liars in court back and forth. Nothing but a waste of skin lawyer who shows up in a multi color jump suit right out of bed and some worn sneakers like he just cut the grass out of his beat up Honda Civic. Very unprofessional, ignorant and disrespectful to say the least. Stay away, tons of other companies out there to hire but this one. On April 29 -2016 around noon time I received an unknown call (private #) from ctlw the guy name was Tyler he was threatening me and talking aggressively saying that he's taking me to court blah blah if I didn't pay a bill I wasn't aware about it was on behalf of my car insurance claim they rented me a car from Enterpriz I wasn't even involved in the process but some how they billed me Long story short all I asked him is to hold on let me verify the situation is real and I'm not being a victim of scam I was shocked so I did make some phone calls and apparently everything was real , first thing I did was pull equfax and trans union credit report it was in the 700 + score it was clear no collection agency been reported so I called ctlw back the same day I wanted to pay immediately I didn't wanna gamble with my reputation so I provided them with my credit card and they assured me that they didn't report anything to credit bureau yet but they will if I don't make a payment fast , 1 month after the file being closed and paid in full I was reported to both credit bureaus with a 0 balance and my score went to very poor and effected my life significantly I was getting declined everywhere and was screwed over I tried calling ctl-wdw back after so many calls finally he picks up and talking to me in a rude way telling me their is nothing he can do and I deserved it anyway for not paying the bill on time then terminated the call when I kept calling back the recipient started to Yale at me telling to stop calling or she will hang up every time I do at that moment I realized who I'm dealing with a bunch of crooks plz don't do my mistake and trust those ppl without having a lawyer to secure your rights first they will play you, I have all the documented proof and I'm currently working with a lawyer to sue them .

I called and spoke with this dreadful lady name Roksanna. Not sure if she was having a very bad day or her husband didn't give her any the night before, but her attitude not needed. I called regarding my file not being closed because I know I paid. When I called her and tried to explain, you could tell she wasn't listening. I asked her for her email address so I can send the proof that I had and you wouldnt believe what she made her mouth say! I dont get the point of you sending me all this because you still have an amount that you owe"I told her I dont owe anything because I paidShe then said "Well its up to you if you want to pay it or not"I kindly ended the convo by telling her she needs to seek counsel

Constantly getting calls regarding an account which has been paid in full.This company is fraudulent and should not be trusted.Read the reviews.Just record your calls and submit them to the OPP with your proof of payment.

The most awful company to work for or deal with. Employees do not know anything and try to scam as many people as possible. Stay as far away as you can and never listen. If you are not sure ask for advice from someone you know or talk to a lawyer. Don't let these people harass you. They are not professional and unethical.

The agent I spoke with was nice-ish. They called me 3 days before I had to make a full payment. I asked if I could pay 50% halfway through the month and the other half at the beginning of September. Well I think earl know how that went. I was literally hit by a car 3 hours before she called. Good luck getting a dime out of me. This all could have been avoided if Cash 4 U" accepted an early and partial payment. But alas
