I always go early in the morning so there’s never a crowd. Machines are well kept and there are lots of disinfecting stations

1-They kick you out if you don't bring a second pair of shoes without warning you, even tho you aren't aware of the new rules because of the lack of customer information via email. 2 their vending machines don't work and eat your money. 3 they take your money during COVID and still kick you out for forgetting your shoes. 4 the new manager is new at managing and is still learning, meaning the service will be awful for a while.5 there are better gyms for the same price and that's including the other econofitness.

Kim from econo la prairie was the absolute rudest employee I have ever seen. As someone who also works in customer service, I would never think to speak to a paying customer the way she did. In my opinion, employees like this should not be allowed to communicate with clients. It was unacceptable, condensing and rude. I had forgot my second pair of shoes, and instead of greeting me politely as I entered, she immediatly barked at me asking if I have my shoes. I said I forgot and since it was dry outside if she can make an acception, and she replied with, and I quote, I can either leave to go buy a pair of shoes myself, and if I enter she will revoke my membership. She yelled these words to me aggressively. The issue I have is not with the shoe policy, I understand as someone who also works at a gym that rules are rules, but it was the way she delivered these rules to me that is disgusting. Please reply to this because I would like to explain more on the situation in hopes of something being done.

I stopped going because it became a hang out for teenagers who spent so much time texting, taking pics and just crowding around machines in groups. Never any benches for those who are serious about working out.I’ve had to leave early due to no benches, machines and I can’t revolve my workout around cardio machines.It’s too bad because it’s a nice gym, clean and convenient for me.Would it be possible for at least 1 staff member to circulate once per hour to supervise ?Other than that, It was a great gym.

Small gym, many young goers from the high school nearby, young staff that are helpful. Felt comfortable as a woman, many women go there, many women in the dead weights section, every one minding their own business.

Not so bad customer service was good gym is always full so thats annoying.

Great gym but the staff needs to improve. I understand sometimes as customer we may forget the key, or in my case I forgot the towel (which I still do not understand why is mandatory to have one when I clean down all my equipment). But instead of the staff helping out knowing I am a long customer of the gym and helping me find a solution, they kick me out. Like I get I should of brought it but I forgot, it’s a long drive from home and would of been much better service to help me or just give me a towel knowing that I had a membership for a long time than just saying I have to leave and go home. I feel that any business you gotta take care of your customers, I would of felt 10x better if they guy helped me out. Now I had to drive 30 minutes home and go to work without my morning workout, leaving a bitter taste.
