RENU U Aesthetics

My wife and I have been regulars since Nicole opened Renu U. We have, facials, back massages & pedicures, all wonderfully handled by Nicole & Alexia. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable and are willing to help make you feel comfortable and welcomed. There are a wide variety of services and products available. I am looking forward to having a back facial in June. A monthly visit to Renu U is a treat we always look forward to.

Bit of a disappointment. Booked a spa package for a friend as a birthday gift and she was disappointed by the quality and service. (Info was from my friend who actually attended the appointment). It was something to laugh about later though.Massage was super greasy, had to shower when she got back. Also it was a very unusual massage with bright windows, and the worker using a karate chopping technique. No relaxation what so ever. My friend said the worker couldn't get the CD player to work, yes you read that correctly.. CD player.. so another worker had to come in and help her.. while my friend was naked in the room, they ALSO left the door completely open while they were trying to figure it out. Not a great way to start off the 'spa day'.Facial was sub par, said it just burned her skin, but she does have sensitive skin.Manicure and pedicure were atrocious. She was put in the corner for her service on a stool while the worker didn't wear gloves and brought over a dollar store bucket filled with water. There were professional salon chairs which she didn't get to use. Worker scrapped off her dead skin with her foot on her lap and then made my friend put her other foot onto her lap where her dead skin was. Then at the end fluffed the dead skin onto the floor. Also.. not to mention they missed A WHOLE TOE on one foot. The worker missed painting her nail on one toe. I asked my friend why she didn't say anything and she said because she was over it and just wanted to leave because at that point she had been there for almost 3 hours already and wanted to go home and shower the massage off.Overall she said she would not recommend it and would not go back as it felt very unsanitary and unprofessional. She also mentioned the girl preforming her service talked the entire time, which was no problem at all, but she would stop her service if she was telling the story which made the whole experience drag on. If you are looking for a spa package as a gift I would recommend purchasing else where as it was a bit embarrassing to hear these horrific stories after the experience.

RENU U is absolutely fantastic and I refuse to go anywhere else. Every time I go to get my nails done, I have a great time talking to all the girls and Alexia has never failed to make my nails look amazing. They're all incredibly clean and professional, and I always feel taken care of there. I cannot recommend RENU U and Alexia's services enough - one of the most talented and creative people I know!

My sisters and I treated our mom for her birthday. Despite a staffing issue, they were able to accommodate us and treated us so well. We were served coffee and snacks and had a wonderful morning relaxing and celebrating our mom. We will definitely be back!

Had an excellent first experience! Reasonable prices, very friendly and easy-to-talk-with staff, and an excellent manicure. They didn't have the colour I wanted, but the staff was incredibly patient with my terrible cuticles! I'll definitely be returning for another visit and a more detailed review.

I love Renu U! Alexia always does an amazing job on my nails. I get so many compliments on them all the time and I'm always sure to tell people where I got them done. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and it's a great relaxing spa setting. I always look forward to my appointments!

I was researching to get into the esthetics program and Nicole wet ou off her way toguide me which schools were best. She's such a wonderful person and I would definitely be coming to your d friends as well friends

My mother in law and I went in early in the morning and they did everything they could to accommodate us, including calling one of the girls in early! My experience was fantastic.I got gel nails and came home and didn't love them ( this was my first time having gel nails and I wasn't 100% on what they should look like ) I called them with my concerns and they got me in that very day to help fix my problem. They are absolutely amazing and so friendly! I will definitely recommend them!
