Employees are careless on the road. Witnessed one of them in a company truck reversing on a street in downtown Toronto and hit a pedestrian trying to cross the road. Pedestrian was fine (she got bumped) but driver didn't even say sorry or stop to check if she was ok.

terrible customer service, VERY slow to fix issues. Our elevators are regularly down for 3 weeks at time due to Selco's lack or urgency.... (our elevators are only only 3 years old BTW). Elevators are very poorly programmed, and regularly skip floors that have called for a car. Find another company to work with.

Two nights ago Selco van nearly ran me and my dog over as we crossed a green light. It was dark but still a well lit intersection plus van was turning into oncoming lane as I was mostly done crossing. I'm sure they do excellent elevator work but not driving.
