1 is already one too many star . Zero professionalism . Scheduled a pick up , not only did they not show up , I called 3 times to ask what was going on . Didn't even bother to give me a call back . Wasted a whole morning waiting for these people . Do business elsewhere

Horrible, horrible experience. Wanted to see a car I PLAN TO BID ON through one of their RECOMMENDED auction intermediaries. Was denied entry despite having all documents and bidder number. Typical Montreal attitude. And this is only to SEE the car! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! All this after I drove for an hour and a half in heavy traffic to get to their location.

Good luck for getting your security deposit back. Been contacting them for over a year and impossible to get an answer.Edit: Got my $400 one week after this review.
