10/10 best service and Pedro is a great guy!

IQ Automation/Pedro has done a handful of projects in our home over the last MANY years. We have never been disappointed. He’s always responded in a timely manner, troubleshooted our needs within our budget and is very personable. Everything we have installed is good quality and easy to use. Pedro explained all the tech clearly (I am not tech savvy) from the sound system in our Family Room to the Nest in the Hallway, system in the Basement and system in the Primary Bedroom to Security Cameras. One of the things I love most about how he works is his focus ; Pedro is there to get the job done and then once he finished, he talked me through how everything worked. I also love that IQ Automation only uses great quality products. Nothing has ever needed to be replaced or repaired. I’d highly recommend Pedro & IQ Automation, and have!

We are not technically inclined at our home:). Thank goodness for Pedro! He explains everything in terms I understand and quickly and efficiently looks after our tv,sonos,security cameras etc..don’t know what we would do without his expertise!

This is not the first time we have worked with IQ Automation+Design Inc, and it won’t be the last. Pedro is the only one we trust to make our home a smart home! Pedro’s knowledge is quite impressive, just when you think something can’t be done…..he comes up with a solution. He has also worked in all of our children's homes, and is genuinely a pleasure to be around…. a professional, trustworthy, and beyond knowledgeable!5 stars from start to finish!
