I had an old wooden front door removed and repainted and after it was put back, the dead bolt lock was jammed; it would not function. It was important to me that the door ( from house built in 1936) hardware remain the same. I reached out to three Locksmiths in Montreal and Serrurier 514 responded within minutes by email. No other locksmiths responded. He said he would be at my home the next morning between 9- 11 and stated the fee for the visit, which included travelling and an hour of labour. The locksmith Derek was very professional and polite. He answered my questions and left the area clean. I highly recommend this company.

Had called other locksmiths and felt that Serrurier 514 was the most trustworthy of the ones I reached out.Verbal communication is clear and concise. Derek was able to free up some time and show up in the same day.Even though the issue will only worsen with time, Derek had remediated the situation with some adjustments and deburring.He charged a service call which I find reasonable for his time and his expertise.
