U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Demanded that I pay $345 because someone else put me down as a secondary driver without my knowledge back in 2003 and didn't pay the bill. Called customer center, 30 minutes and 4 reps later, they offered to take me off the red flag list for $25. I dont pay other peoples debts by way of extortion. My partner tired to rent it under her name and they refused her too because of my name, despite the fact I have rented several uhauls since without a problem. Now that this came up, suddenly they dont have any record of me ever renting a uhaul! Will never use uhaul ever again. They're not the only game in town, and the fact they won't rent to me because of someone else's debt is nothing short of a shakedown.

They do not have trailers, in addition to that they are irresponsible and uncooperative people, especially the Chinese or Korean employee
