Prairie Home responded to my request for a quote on roof repair immediately. The repair was done within a few days, right before an inch of rain. I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the different young staff members that attended, as well as my first contact, Jesse. They took the time to examine the whole roof while here, and made a couple of extra repairs while checking it out. They said the roof was in good shape and that it had been a good job of roofing, did not try to up sell.Paul noticed a downspout off from the wind, and reattached it before he left. Invoice was the same as the quote. Give them a try.

We needed to replace 30-year old cedar shakes on our gazebo. From getting the estimate to job completion, Prairie Home Roofing personnel were prompt, efficient and courteous. In particular, the installers Phil and Sheldon inspired confidence with their work. We are elated over the final results.Furthermore, when a small (not unexpected) leak occurred after the first rainfall, the installer was here and the job fixed within 5 hours. If that’s not first class service, I’m not sure what is.

To all other Roofing companies be aware you may strive to be equal but you will never be better. I used Prairie Home Roofing 12 years ago to do my garage. This time it was time for my house. It took six days from when I called them, to when Jessie came out and gave me a quote to when the roof was done. Every single person that worked on this project was friendly, professional and responsive. I feel I got great quality for the price charged. This is the type of business most people will hopefully only need to use once, so you might as well get done right by Prairie Home Roofing.
