Dr. Ronald Mahler

After waiting for my appointment for 11 Months I called Dr.Mahlers office to confirm the date of my appointment as I had stored the date in a previously damaged phone . The receptionist was of no help and told me to call my doctors office , I then called my doctors office to find out exactly when the appointment was and to my surprise the office was closed until Monday . I called Dr.Mahlers office back and informed the receptionist I was unable to get ahold of anybody until Monday. I asked kindly if she could look at the appointments from November 3rd - November 9th just to ensure I didn't miss my appointment . I was told that might take her a half hour and she was not going to look .Today I went to my doctors office to find the appointment I kindly asked the receptionist to verify was the day after I called (November 4th) .Not the slightest bit off effort to help a customer in need , I am absolutely appalled at this service and still have no answers to a severely painful skin condition.Bryce Horne.
