CARSTAR Brampton

Dealing with bodyshops is always a stressful and cumbersome process, especially considering it typically means your car is no longer in its original state. Originally, I was quite wary of sending my car to this bodyshop as I do not trust insurance companies recommendations. This time around I decided to give them a shot. It was a long process, although not due to lack of labour or poor organisation but because of backorder on OEM parts. One may find the potential wait to be excruciating but you really cannot complain if they do so in order to bring your car back to life without tarnishing its value and/or prior state from utilizing the cheapest and quickest option in terms of parts. I am definitely guilty of giving them a very difficult time, but at the end of the day I am extremely grateful for their workmanship, patience and professionalism. Mind you, my car and its underbody were decimated by a deer on the highway and I thought it would be impossible to fix/get the pungent smell out(they know what they're doing). The manager and staff assisted me throughout the entire process and even committed to work that they DID NOT need to do, resulting in excess cost and labour hours just to satisfy my party and return my car to its original state. Thanks again to the team, will definitely recommend!

I was involved in an accident and Frisk and Brian took good care of me last year. And the. I had to come back for some part which was backordered, Rick Perna did an amazing job in delivering the Car back to me in a time less than promised. Excellent, thank you Rick, Brian and Frisk once again.

AVOID‼️‼️I wish I never took my car here. My car looks horrible they botched all the mechanical work and there are large gaps on the bumper and hood is uneven. Completely unacceptable for them to stand behind this amateur horrible work!Production manager is incompetent as well. When you bring up the horrible work they did he acts as if they did a great job!Don’t make the same mistake I did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Recently got a set of fender flares painted by Carstar in Brampton, service was great, work was flawless! Check out Frisk and his team if you need anything done.

Not sure how their service is, but I can tell you that their customer service is not good at all. Went in to see if they could give me an estimate for a broken gas-tank door. Was told that they were short staff and that they could not do it. I asked if anyone in the back could do it, and the lady said, no they don't do estimates and you have to make an appointment for that. You would think that they may at least ask for your name, number maybe even the car vin number, nothing. When I said, that's fine I'll just go somewhere else, she did not even clue in there to try to get any information from me. Went next door instead. Much better customer service.
