Always TOP NOTCH service!! I can't remember who originally told me about this place, but I wish I did because I would definitely thank them. I'm with Rogers and I never really knew what these cellphone kiosks were (prior to about 3 or 4 years ago) and so would always just go to the Rogers store...not knowing that these kiosks actually have WAY better deals than Rogers ever gave me...and so I've been going here since.I upgraded my phone yesterday and David K was extremely helpful. Every few minutes it seemed like he was getting another deal that he was able to offer me. He hooked me up with an awesome plan, a brand new phone AND a cheaper monthly phone bill.So if you're wondering whether to go here or not...DO IT! Don't bother going to your cellphone provider's shop as I guarantee their offers will not be better (first time I went here I did compare and it was not even close to what Rogers could offer me) I don't really understand why...but I'm not questioning it because everyone who works at Wow! is super friendly and extremely helpful!!

Always a positive experience with Wow Mobile. Staff are professional, friendly, and do their absolute best to ensure that you receive the best deals and understand what you are signing up for. Alex got me set up with a great plan, phone and stellar promotion to upgrade hassle free without the remaining tab on my previous phone.The person-first attitude and professionalism are the things that will keep me coming back when it's time for a change.

I wish I could give Terrence 10 stars but it won't let me do that!!! The service I received was beyond awesome! Lots of advice and tips and I was walked through every aspect of the contract so that there was no confusion. Terrence was great in watching for special deals and giving me the most bang for my buck that I could get. The other people at the kiosk were very friendly too, making the whole experience a lot of fun! Run, don't walk, to Wow mobile in Lansdowne Place and ask for Terrence for ALL of your mobile service needs!!!

I highly recommend this place. Deals upon deals to be had here, I'd never gotten a new phone at such a good price before! I'd also like to thank both associates for staying a few minutes after closing just to make sure the data transfer from my old phone was completed correctly. Terrence especially was an exceptional help in finding me the best value phone and deal for my situation. Best phone booth at Lansdowne!

I recently went in to get a phone and Sid who was working at the time was exceptional. He explained everything to me clearly as I get very confused with bills and contracts, but He took his time to explain everything and also help me transfer my old phone to the new and I didn’t lose any data. I would definitely recommend Wow if you’re in the market for a phone or a plan.

By far the BEST experience I have had buying a phone. Sid was the one who helped us out. I told him what I was looking for and truly have never gotten a better deal on a phone ever. Sid was so kind and helpful and really made the experience so easy. This is definetly where I will be continuing to shop if I ever need anything phone related in the future.

Just bought a new cell phone from them. The person helping me was very helpful (Terrence). Terrence answered all my questions, was kind and polite, went through a bunch of different options to find the right one that suits me, and I ended up saving a bunch while at the same time receiving some free things due to promotions I qualified for. Highly recommend both them, and working with Terrence!Very happy shopper.

Had an amazing experience with the staff that I dealt with (Terrence Grand, Dave and Sydney)! Very professional, helpful and understanding my nervousness of switching to a new phone. Terrence along with the help of Dave Sydney went above and beyond to help me get everything off my old phone and onto my new one. I would recommend them to anyone.

Today I went looking to get a new phone provider. I went to the mall and looked at a few cell phone places and then went up stairs and came across Wow Mobile Boutique. Well they were fabulous! They were so nice The guy made it so easy for me I didn't have to do a whole lot got a new plan that's better and cheaper than what I had I was really impressed and so appreciative that he helped me the way he did.I was so grateful to have such a nice gentleman we had a great conversation and a lot of laughs even the other guy that was working with them it was wonderful the best experience I think I've had in so long purchasing a crazy phone and they made it so simple I just want to say thank you so much and to me you guys are the best I will definitely go back there and I also will recommend you To anyone who's looking to purchase another phone!Thank you againShirley
