I would love to put zero star for this gas station for really bad customer service ! I went there to wash my car today 05.march.2023 at 22:00 pm and the car wash didn’t work , when i asked for return my money the employe refused and had really bad attitude and rude to me instead of make the customer happy . He said it is what is it , and DONT COM HERE ANYMORE ! I just wanna ask own is that how you want your employees work for you ?!He is very unprofessional and hope the owner think twice before hiring unprofessional people .

Went here an asked the night time cashier Wich coin wash stall had the best pressure to wash the car, he said only one an two are open (out of 8). Used number two an the trigger handle was spraying water everywhere. Went back an asked for a refund to use the other stall an he accused me of washing my car already. He then further said this is the last time he gives me a refund for HIS gas stations Incompetence. How about checking the cameras so you don’t look so foolish next time buddy! I wouldn’t recommend this gas station at all

Sad to report that after many years of memories, the coin wash is apparently closed forever according to the owner.Something that brought a lot of business to this central location, as well as a lot of people together.I hope there is a way for Shell to understand what a mistake this is and to reverse this decision.

Shell is notorious for dirty or diluted gas, this location is too!!Ok so here is what happened. I always pass by this gas station and noticed its always lower price than other station. But finally one night i decided to refill here, but omg.. next day my engine light came on. I was shocked, becuz i just brought it in for tune up 2 weeks ago. So i brought my car back to the shop and they did all the testing and checking and couldnt find the reason why the engine keep coming on. (The issue triggers 17 different error code) So they openned up my gas tank and check the fuel.. it was the fuel.. when they did a burn test, black soot and black fumes came out. So i had to dump the tank of gas.It happened to me in Korea too, guess what, it was also shell!!

Do not go there for self car washing anymore. 4 out of 6 washing slots are closed. Waited for 1 hour to wash my car.

Same feelings as others, after many visits to use their self car wash facilities, went approx 4 weeks ago to find all the service bays blocked off, disappointed and thought maybe the facilities were going through a maintenance update. Went yesterday and encountered the same again!Finally decided to call and was advised by staff their self car wash facility will be permanently closed with no explanation.The least they can do is to put up a barricade at the entrance lane leading to the carwash facility and/or signage alerting all their loyal carwash customers of the permanent closure!

I've never filled up here but I used the self-wash facilities. Only for if the eight bays were open.Contrary to what others have said, there is a time limit using the water. Price is cheaper than other places that I've been; however, quality leaves a lot to be desired. Water is cold and there is a general lack of upkeep. For instance two of the four grippers for for mats in one bay were not functional.On a warm day with low traffic, you can justify saving a buck for each 3 minutes use of the pressure washer or the foam brush; but, it's not really recommended for cooler days with cold water.

Very poor upkeep of the coin wash. 2/7 of the coin washes are out of service. The far left wash wasn't even draining water. It was about 3 deep of slush and dirty water. If you're going to offer a service
