The exceptional service and amazing quality of cleaning of my clothing really showcased their attention to detail. The owner of this franchise is commendable. Had a little delay in the arrival of my items but he explained why and tried his best to accommodate my needs. When i cited my displeasure, he quickly thought of alternatives for me ...even offering free home delivery of my items...His employee as well showed good customer service. except next time, when you promise a customer you'd call back regarding delayed items...please do. All together a pleasant experience. :)

I dropped my clothes off for the first time last week and I was so impressed with the service! Their master tailor did a fantastic job on my suit (modernizing it), it was a perfect fit! I will be a regular customer soon enough!

Downsview dry cleaners is definitely the best dry cleaners I've been to! The owner is very knowledgable and gave me advice how to help maintain the fibers of my winter coats and how to store it so it won't collect dust. I really appreciate and love that they do pick-up and delivery especially during this pandemic.

I brought in 6 shirts and a pair of pants. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't opt for next day service but it was offered to me - which is very nice considering some places I've gone to have never offered that service to me. Three of the shirts were white and had the usual dirt on the collars and some yellow spots under the armpits. Each of the white shirts came back looking brand-spanking-new. I've had two of the shirts for a few years now and these guys brought them back to life. The pants were also very well taken care of - creases were nice and crispy. The service was very courteous and professional too. I'll be back!

Wow!!! Can all businesses be like this one? I had a jacket that I actually didn't end up giving to them because they told me they didn't have the proper machinery to fix it and they might actually damage the jacket. Instead the gentlemen recommended me to another company that was more suitable for my specific jacket. Very well done, class act, professional job! I will be back for other needs!

Have used Downsview Cleaners for a year or so now for both dry cleaning and alterations. Top notch service and only great experiences. Clothes are always clean and ready when promised. Alterations were made expertly and at very reasonable prices. Would give them more than five stars if I could!

I have been coming to Downsview cleaners for the last year for my dry cleaning. Great prices AND great service. Recently tried them out for alterations, and had pants shortened and taken in. I get nervous with alterations cause they often change the look/style. The fit/look was spot on, and again the price couldn't be beat. Highly recommend Downsview Cleaners. Thanks guys!
