INFAMOUS EATERY
What an amazing experience! We didn’t realize the time this evening on our walk When we arrived at closing. We were greeted by the lovely owner who happily accepted us in to order our diner for take out. The staff were super friendly and very professional. An amazing team effort to get the meal done. The meal was absolutely delicious! Definitely will be back to support local business!

Wonderful place to hang out and grab a bite! Ordered their poutine with a beverage and enjoyed their live band they had at 8pm. Nice atmosphere with an outdoor patio.The staff and owners are great for the service they provided. Everything came on time and would highly recommend anyone to come. Definitely will come back sooner rather than later!

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich from this restaurant and got home and took a bite and found that it was completely raw inside. I called to speak to the store staff and was told that each burger is checked and that this could not have happened. We took the burger back and requested a refund. The young boy at the front was extremely apologetic after seeing the burger. We were told that they checked the burger and it did not pass the test so they had put it back in for another two mins and thought it would be done. When I requested a refund, he went to go get the manager at the back (I believe her name was Casey). We were told that as the manager she did not have authorization to issue a refund and to come back another day when the GM was in. Casey was extremely rude when I told her that I would prefer not to come back as I have a newborn baby. To quote her yeah so?" was her response. The GM was then contacted and they provided a cash return. I am genuinely appalled by the treatment of customers by the "manager". Not only was I given raw chicken to eat but I had to face such frustrating customer service."

I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the amazing flavors and friendly staff.The Suicide Squad Wings are a standout dish that should not be missed. They are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of heat to satisfy your taste buds. These wings are truly unforgettable and make for an excellent appetizer.Another dish that stole the show was the Royal City Burger, which is hands down one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The burger was served on a toasted bun that added the perfect amount of crunch to every bite.The Fries were another favorite of mine. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning to make them addictive. The fries were a great accompaniment to the burger and wings and made for a filling and satisfying meal.What sets Infamous Eatery apart from other restaurants is their excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were happy to make recommendations based on our preferences.Overall, I highly recommend Infamous Eatery in Guelph to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Their Suicide Squad Wings, Royal City Burger, and Seasoned Fries are just a few of the highlights on their menu, which is full of other amazing dishes. I liked the games they have set up. Some free retro arcade games, board games and a giant Connect Four. My suicide wings were perfect but don't try them unless you love the heat!

Really good food and big portions. I got a Double Bacon & Cheese burger and a regular fry; very tasty! Really cool vibe and look to the place. Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Guelph from Orangeville. We got the buffalo chicken sandwich and buffalo chicken poutine. Both were really good!! The younger teen boys that were out front were so kind and friendly - thanked us for giving them a shot and had everything right in our takeout bag. Forks, napkins, asked us about ketchup and vinegar. Young but professional. The other younger man who was cleaning is clearly a hard worker as well, there on a Saturday doing “the dirty work” on his knees cleaning the salt and build up from winter truly commendable as reliable workers are hard to come by in general let alone throughout a pandemic. I worked in the serving industry for a very long time and it’s nice to see younger people working as hard as I did when I first started and actually showing up to their shift and doing a bang on job while being there and still serving people with a smile. I am glad we came by, I look forward to our next visit.Thanks again! We wish your business all the success it deserves. :)

Very fast, courteous and great Food. Went in to grab something quick stayed and enjoyed the patio. The staff were very pleasant.Glad we finally tried this hidden gem. Will definitely be back!
