Waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the custom print counter. There were 4 associates and still no one acknowledged me until I asked for help printing on card stock as the printers don’t have that option.The lady asked me to wait 30 minutes as the printer was in use. It wasn’t in use 20 minutes ago when I came in.I told her I have an appointment and will be back in an hour.Fast forward an hour and it’s noticeably busier and I told another young lady my situation and she said the original person will help me shortly. She refused to look my way or acknowledge I me. After another 10 minutes, I tell another employee my situation and he prints off my 3 copies.Seriously…a business who labels themselves as custom print solution business and they can’t handle colour prints on card stock.

Really clean and organized location. Bright and spacious. Easy to find what you are looking for. Also, easy to find things you desperately want, but don't need. A great place! Friendly staff too.

Great location, super organized and clean friendly service. Parking might be a little busy during the day as it's shared with dollar store and winners nearby. Good and plentiful printing stands. $0.65/color prints.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Staples Canada's online purchase policies. They do not provide gift receipts for online purchases, which makes it difficult for gift recipients to exchange or return items without involving the original purchaser. Additionally, their policy for returns of online purchases in a physical store requires the refund to be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, even if the item was a gift. This policy is outdated and inconsiderate of customers' needs. I hope Staples Canada will consider revising their policies to better serve their customers.

Visited at a quiet time to pick up a package that was dropped off and I can't really say I was impressed by the customer service. It felt like the staff on the pick up service was just going through the motions and was not really helpful when I wanted some further details, as to why the package was dropped off as opposed to the delivery address. I was just referred to call fed-ex. It wasn't as if they were busy at the time.

My experience at the photo/ print centre was excellent. Two store representatives names Ashu and Saeed went above and beyond their responsibilities. I was in urgent need to have funeral cards printed. Usually through canva it can take 7 business days. They were able to complete the job in the spot for my grandmother's funeral the next day. Thank you so much.

Some of the printing centre staff are ill-qualified. One staff in particular lacks basic skills in cropping and printing a portrait. When it gets busy there they are not helpful.
