Jetz Car Wash
Very clean car wash. When I pulled in there was someone cleaning bays. By the time I finished washing my truck I saw him walk by three times to clean other bays. Also liked that they have the cash card you can swipe and pay with debit. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the great service.

Car wash stripped the paint off my car. Front desk apologized and said that should never happen and they would repair it. They took my number then for months no call. I called multiple times with no call back then finally got a call from management saying they wouldn't be caring for damages because I must have had an issue with my paint. Wouldn't accept the blame at all. He stated even a small knick in the paint will do that. If that were the case every car going through would lose a pile of paint. Dissatisfied.

Officially the most expensive car wash in Lethbridge. It used to be that you would get 1.35 per dollar you spent. Now it’s 1 minute. It seems though if you use your credit card you get longer. I use my credit card was able to wag my car it cost me 5 dollars. But with coin it took me 9 dollars. Strange but true. Check out the other car wash in 2a ave north they still give 1.50 per dollar

Jetz Car Wash
I tried the west side Jetz Car Wash for the first time tonight. I used one of the manual bays. Where do I start? It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Hot water wash and rinse, brightly lit, loads of soap out of the gun and foam brush, and music playing throughout the bays. I had to drive a lot farther to get to Jetz but it was well worth it and I will never use the other west side car wash again! Now I feel like I've been missing out on a proper car wash all these years. Other car wash owners could learn a lot from you guys.

The level of service shown at this location was nothing short of impressive, as a business owner ourselves we are very enthused when we are met with professional service from employees. Kelly, who was the attendant working at the time went out of her way to provide assistance to different ways in which I could wash our 32' massive U-Haul vehicles, as the bay door was not high enough for it. She even closed some bays for me so that I would be able maneuver the truck, in order to wash different areas. She was able to make a tricky situation into one where the truck came out sparkling clean. Will come again!

Excellent self service car wash for a great value. Very clean office…they even offered donuts!! Charles was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. What an asset to this company! I’ll definitely be back! Stop by and say hi to Charles. Highly recommended!

Clean bays and good music. I haven't asked if they rinse the foam brushes after use but they have been clean every time. I locked my keys in the car after a wash. The employee was cleaning up after closing and called AMA for me and let the owner know. All while being friendly and not making me feel worse than I did. I wish they had more auto detailing product in the office but it's still everything I need. Can't give less than 5 star

EDIT: Almost didn't notice this, but you actually uploaded your own high-quality photos of your business to Google maps. Bravo! Definitely shows the mark of a well-managed business that cares about details.Has both touchless and manual wash options - both are great. Facility is nice - I like the location. Customer service is excellent. Prices slightly higher than what you'd expect, but it's excusable.

Wash bays were quite dirty when I was there... Some people just wanna save a buck and can't spray their own mud away for the next person after they are done. Auto Wash does a reasonably good job at cleaning; dryer is just average. Auto Wash prices a bit steep.
