CPR/First-Aid is required for my job. I've done the certification several times before with different companies and was not looking forward to it this time. My instructor Ksenia got to know each of us individually and tailored the 2 day course to real incidents that could occur at my company. Perfect blend of multimedia, practical, and discussion. 6 STARS!!

Had a great CPR and Standard First Aid session with Ksensia. She is a wonderful instructor that was able to make the information understandable and interesting. It was very helpful to have hands-on experience with the CPR dummies and various first aid materials. Being able to have the online session in advance was a great idea and allowed us to concentrate on demonstrations and questions. Only suggestion would be to advise people to bring their own lunch as there is not that many restaurant options near the hotel and the hotel restaurant did not open until 4. Overall, a very good experience.

I was satisfied with the delivery of the course. Our instructor Ksenia was personable and welcoming. I particularly liked how various teaching methods were used to deliver the content and facilitate active learning. Furthermore, Ksenia’s teaching style kept the students engaged throughout the duration of the course. She also encouraged participation and provided thorough answers to students’ questions. It was evident that she was knowledgeable in the subject matter.Overall this was a worthwhile course. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this course to others who are interested in learning about First Aid.

For what it was, it went great. Obviously an 8 hour day course is very exhausting and tiresome and truly the people you are with either make or break the experience. As instructors, Ksenia and Omar were amazing and explained everything very well and in an engaging manner. There were many hand-on experiences and they went above and beyond with the information they taught. I came from understanding little from the online portion to feeling comfortable and ready to act in a real life situation. Thanks to my instructors.
