The owner and his daughter are beyond “ignorant”. They are by far the rudest individuals we have ever dealt with. The way they behaved toward their customers, they should be ashamed of themselves. We will make sure to spread the word. Yelling at customers, speaking disrespectfully to older people and using bad language with customers is unacceptable. Disgusting!!!

There were lots of selection when it came to outdoor plants, flowers and planters but very little selection on indoor plants. When I found one I wanted to buy, all the plants looked like they were in need of TLC. Not the healthiest looking plants and prices for those plants weren’t cheap either. I picked up a few and upon closer inspection, saw a lot of small soil bugs,likely from overwatering as the soil was drenched.I enjoy checking out nurseries and I usually walk away with multiple new plants but I left empty-handed.

My friend recommended it and it’s my first time here to buy the beautiful peony and rose. There are so many different types of plants and flowers. Love it and definitely will come back again.

Do not patronize this store again, because there is no warranty for the goods here. There is a problem. They will not provide service. It is a lousy store. If you want to patronize, go to Home Depot. Good service is guaranteed

Very good choices...some are very low price...lots of 1g perennials are $11..some prices r the same as big box stores....worth a visit for sure...

Great prices, clear walkways, fully stocked with anything/everything green, red, yellow, pink, … etc.We had the pleasure of being attended by DILPREET. Happy to help and “ IF “ he didn’t know the answer, HE’D FIND OUT!DILPREET new exactly where the different varieties were and “TOOK US “. Yes I said TOOK, not go across three rows and turn left or was it right, somewhere over there, I think maybe sorta.Tree Valley is huge and if you don’t ask you may not find what your looking for. That said you’ll find something else even MORE BEAUTIFULDILPREET’s professionalism saved us time and possibly a costly mistake with aggressive roots!We bought a couple of large Red Bud’s and some pretty stuff (?! ). I was super picky with trees and I wanted two trees that were full volume and already 10ft tall. I found two 10ft tall white pines at the very back corner of their lot (almost missed them) they were from the previous years selection so they were very reasonable in price. Staff definitely knew their stuff and they delivered to Pefferlaw ON a week later and they arrived safe and sound - see pics. Not easy to find trees this large in stock at most garden centres.

Careful when buying anything from this place. Their prices are very high compared to local stores and they don’t exchange or refund any items. (Unopened ones)

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. They lack communication skills. I’ve visited numerous landscaping businesses and these guys treat you like they actually do not want business. Please be cautious!
