The Dance Studio of Wakefield provides not only quality dance education, but a nurturing environment where your child can build confidence, be creative, make lasting friendships, and feel valued. My daughter started dancing there when she was 3 yrs old and continues with multiple classes years later. The Dance Studio of Wakefield staff is welcoming, energetic and caring. The owners (3 sisters, who have been in business for 38 years) are very supportive of their town community and share that value with their students, providing opportunities to perform at town events and participate in charitable activities. I have watched my daughter grow technically while having so much fun! We have had a positive experience at this studio and I highly recommend it!

Great dance studio! My daughter is one of the youngest in her class and somewhat apprehensive. Miss Karen and Miss Liz go above and beyond to bring her up to speed and make her part of the class. They are very patient and caring. I'm glad we decided to send our daughter there.

I used to dance there, I did not have a good expieriance. The teachers pick favorites.. if you're not one of them, good luck. You will always be stuck in the back of dances and you won't really dance as much as the girls in the front. I couldn't do a split jump and the teacher mimicked what I did to another teacher and made me look foolish infront of my whole class. That is strictly uncalled for and unprofessional. Also, the studio owner, Peggy, not too friendly... just likes to take your money. Do not send your children here. I highly recommed anywhere else but this place.

Sent both my daughters to this studio and it is was an unbelievable experience for them! They both went on to make dance companies in college, which speaks to their talented teachers! This studio has the most caring, hardworking and talented teachers who truly value each and every one of their students! The studio also has many choices for all types of dancers for all different levels! Absolutely fantastic studio that I would recommend confidently to anyone looking!

I grew up dancing at the Dance Studio of Wakefield and it was the best experience! It's family owned and includes all of its dancers in that family. The studio has also been around for 39 years! That gives them a lot of experience in running a studio and making it perfect! The teachers are well educated and members of the Dance Teachers Club of Boston. They are always continuing their education and collaborating to give their very best to their dancers. There are SO many choices so you can find what is just right for your dancer. Finally, every single person at that studio cares so much about their dancers!
