Besides the fact that was a bit hard to find the entrance via google maps, I strongly recommend their service! They were super friendly, they had the vehicle I needed right away no need to wait. Also on the delivery was quick an easy without any over charges.

I see a lot of bad comment on this car rental place, but to my experience the service is good and the staff are courteous. We rent the med size SUV and it is clean and well maintained . When we return the car, they just ask the simple questions and quick check on the car, no over charge on the rented price.

Reserved for an SUV. When I got there, I was offered a Tesla for the same price! Liked that deal very much. Down side is that they didn't double check the cleanliness of the unit they gave me. The trunk was very dirty and I was to pick up guests from the airport with lots of luggages. Good side is that when I had the car exchanged, the person who entertained me gave a good customer service. Tip: double check for cleanliness, dents and dings before you take the car away.

Prices are not bad cars are ok. They just need to clean the cars better and make sure they have windshield washer fluid filled up on the cars they rent out.

I’ve rented the car from this place more around 10 times in last few months. Every single time, my experience had been very good. There never was a delay, staff is courteous and the place offers the after hours drop off, which is very helpful. The cars that I got were well maintained. Would definitely recommend.Of course, the pricing of hertz, just like other car rental services is totally unpredictable and is governed a lot by the seasonality and demand.

Incredible fast friendly service and followup, and best weekly rental price in the area for a shiny clean Toyota Corolla. There was minor damage to the car’s upholstery from a prior driver, which was pointed out to me (and apologized for, although it was hardly Hertz’s fault!) A question I had during the rental was promptly and courteously answered. Ajay at the desk deserves the 5 stars all on his own! I’ll be following his excellent service to the new Port Coquitlam location.

I had a great experience at this branch, with a special mention for the manager, Ike. During my rental period, an unfortunate rock chip appeared on the windshield, which meant I needed documents for reimbursement of the repair cost. Thankfully, Ike's remarkable efficiency came into play as he promptly supplied me with all the required documentation. It's worth noting that this branch is very busy, making Ike's exceptional responsiveness and dedication all the more impressive. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this establishment in the future.

One does not appreciate enough how quickly the team at Hertz Coquitlam operate - the pickup process is extremely fast, the cars are clean, and my experience was always great. I rented here several times already and I will continue to do so. Really appreciate free upgrades - one of the reasons I come back!
