Ramada by Wyndham 100 Mile House

Hotel is good , rooms are nice. The lady receptionist in morning is VERY rude . They also never seem to have coffee for gusts at breakfast

I arrived and was upgraded to a premium room at no extra cost. Was blown away to walk into a room with a hot tub and fireplace. The staff are very friendly and informative. Overall was an awesome stay. Great bed

Driving south along here in the winter, this is a strategic stop as no civilization for a stretch of dead road. If can't make it further this is the one stop you want. Basic breakfast and window to see conditions of passing Cars on the highway tell lot about your road ahead.

So the hotel is quite run down. I was on the first floor and it was very noisy with the parking lot directly outside and the washer/ dryer right beside my room was almost unbearable ( um… sounded like they threw a oLoad full of cutlery in the dryer). There were a few holes in the walls and missing pictures off the wall etc. gym has a few machines- water cooler empty and broken sanitizer bottle, ice machine was broken as well. There is a small sauna too but I didn’t try it out. Now downfalls of the property aside- the front desk team was absolutely incredible. The service and willingness to fix everything in their power was very apparent every single day!! ‘Nish’(ant) I owe particular gratitude to and gagan was wonderful as well!

Very clean room. Very friendly, accomadating and helpful staff. Great location, close to shopping and lots of lakes.Enjoy your stay

Gd service at the desk. They understood when the room TV did not work or the phone didn't work. So promptly we were moved. Where everything was satisfactory

This place wins the award for most bizarre, poor service hotel I’ve ever been to. Here’s the list: our door key and lock didn’t work (as I discovered it didn’t for other guests as well). No towels in our room, not even a hand towel. Crud and white paint (at least I hope it’s paint) all over the floor in the hallways. At 7:30 AM there was next to nothing available for breakfast, just 4 pieces of bread and cereal. I’ve been to a lot of small town hotels with great service and amenities, so there’s no excuse here.My favourite part: nobody at the desk before 8 AM. I mean nobody. Multiple guests were looking for help, including one couple that couldn’t get back into their room because they’re door wouldn’t unlock (of course) and they had been searching for an employee for half an hour. They asked if I would please call the hotel hoping somebody might answer, but it just rang unanswered at the front desk. They asked me if I would call the police next so they could get back in their room, when finally an employee popped out from the back room about 5 minutes later. Totally surreal.On the plus side, we did get a good sleep. So if all you want is a bed and don’t care about service, cleanliness, the included “breakfast”, or the potential absence of a front desk worker when you need them, you’re probably safe here.

The price was affordable. The staff were very friendly especially at the desk. The continental breakfast was really good and most important - good coffee.The room was clean and the breakfast area spotless.The best thing is that they welcome pets and only charge $15 per pet. I had 2 cats and 2 dogs. At the Days Inn next door they charged me $35 per pet plus $197 for the room, a whooping total of $340 for 1 night!!! I got out of there as fast as I could.I was actually more comfortable at the Ramada because the energy was better and my pets were welcomed. Met nice people at breakfast too. Great atmosphere and affordable! The money I saved I went out for a nice dinner.

Room was good. No coffee in the room. Continental breakfast not impressive. Coffee was good but a very small amount made.

I have stayed at some hotel nightmares, but this was the first to have me needing to ask for (at minimum) a set of clean sheets so I could change them myself! Both beds had serious DNA samples left in and on them plus the lamp was missing a light bulb, the sink took forever to drain, the phone charging station didn't work, the thermostat had been shut down to 0°C, the lighting was blinding flourescent and the hallway smoke detector low battery beeped all night.I liked the family run feeling but I do think it is only fair to warn people!I will mention in all fairness that the man at the front desk was polite, apologetic and gave me a partial refund - this being the only reason for a two!
