This is our 3rd time working with Levy Zavet and we have always worked directly with 'Ruchir Shah' Ruchir is very knowledgeable. Ruchir negotiated hard and made sure our levies were capped for our new construction. He explained every piece of document, Ruchir and team was very professional and responsive to the deadlines and we were able to close everything with absolutely non stress! Jeff Levy is a great lawyer. Other law firms I have delt with in the past were always too busy or slow to respond to any questions I may have had. When I was short on time Jeff went above and beyond even working on evenings and weekends to make sure we could meet necessary deadlines. I am incredibly impressed with the work of Ruchir Shah. He worked with my Uncle on his will in March this year. My Uncle was in hospital and there were some complicating factors in terms of access and Covid, and Ruchir was accommodating, understanding and professional.
