Took both my kids in for consultations. Amazing experience for both. Spoke to the children and made sure they understood their options and what was going to happen. My son (oldest) went in to get his on today and it was a seamless experience where he was put at ease and everything was explained to us and the staff ensured we didn’t have any questions, but made us feel like we can always call and ask even if it’s for the littlest thing!

My daughter has been going here since January. The staff were very patient explaining everything to us and my daughter always feels well cared for when she goes in. The staff are fantastic!

Amazing customer service! My son was apprehensive about the consultation and the staff were very friendly and made him feel comfortable. He was able to ask his questions and put his mind at ease. They made him feel confident in his smile. Would highly recommend!

Transferred in from another orthodontist on the island. Friendly staff, great service. My adjustments have gone great so far and the woman dealing with financials and registration was fantastic!! Really did the most for me to get the best payment system and to use my benefits to their full potential.

Wonderful kind staff. They take the time to answer all my questions. Were able to fit me at short notice when my wire came out. I’ve had my braces for a year and a half and have felt supported along the way! Thank you!

My daughter was referred to doc braces for spacing issues and to make room for adult teeth to come in. The staff is very friendly and my nine year old is comfortable going there. They explained all details, costs and what benefits covered, answered all my questions. Super happy.

Today was our first time going to Doc Braces, it was our consultation and I wasn't really sure what to expect. Both kids were quickly looked at and examined, given individual plans tailored to their needs and any questions or concerns were easily answered, putting all of us at ease for the future work required to achieve healthy smiles. Really looking forward to the next couple years working with these professionals.
