Excellent car / van wand wash. I used wash bay #9. Good amount of time given for the money paid. The equipment was in good shape, garbage can conveniently located right in the wash bay and it and the wash bay were clean and ready to use, the payment/ coin accepting machine with wash mode selectors was clearly labeled easy to use and worked well. Each wash mode did the proper job. The spray wand and the scrub brush with soap both worked very well. The wheels of my Porsche finally were clean of brake dust that other drive through and wand wash stations couldn't get rid of. I was impressed with the spotless rinse and wax as my car shined so well I could see my reflection in the hood on a cloudy day. I'll be back.

Gas was fresh and octane-y

Extremely rude staff this morning caused a bit of a scene. I topped up a minivan with $28.00 of gas and paid with a fleet card at the pump. I then drove to the wash bay and used some change to start a wash. When I ran out of change I returned to the store to purchase some tokens on the fleet card. The staff member insisted I pay a $158 fuel tab for a truck and trailer that was sitting at one of the pumps. I explained to him that wasn't my vehicle and I had paid for my $28.00 of fuel at the pump. He wouldn't hear anything of it and tried to add the $158 to the price of the tokens I was paying for. Had to explain to him multiple times I was not paying the $158 as it was not my vehicle.

Great 24hr gas station that allows you to enter the building all day. Great when your on your way home in the middle of the night to stop in for snacks or use the washroom. The car self serve car wash is well maintained.

Tried to use the washroom and the worker was so rude. Don’t even bother stopping here. Employees are very rude. Lots of other places to fill up gas.

I went in on a Friday morning and the attendant made me wait while he washed coffee pots.When he finally came to the counter I asked him why he wasn’t wearing a mask.He said he was “exempt”, I told him I didn’t believe that and will take my business elsewhere.If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem.Esso should get their priorities straight and not have maskless people on the front line!You have lost my business!!!

Not impressed at all with the car wash. $4 to start the water doesn't start coming out for about 30 seconds, then when your time is ending the pressure cuts off at the last 45 seconds. Rip-off. I was is bay 9 specifically.

Loyal Esso supporter when they had aeroplan and now optimum; during this pandemic in 2020, many of the Esso stations are open to sell you gas however their washrooms are not available to the public. This is disappointing when they don't have resources to keep the washrooms clean / sanitized. When you are driving 3-4 hours and pull over to buy gas and need to use the restroom - this is very unforgiving to the body. I gave you a 1 star. Management, take note and employ the resources.

The woman on afternoon shift is absolutely rude. Her customer service was disgusting. Gave me attitude and yelled at me over handing her a winning ticket.

I always buy gas for my car. It's not free. you don't see anyone. Pay, get gas and go. Neither good nor bad. Give money, take gas.
