I am posting this a couple of months late. These guys treat their customers like garbage. Certainly not going back again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there either.I walked into this nearby salon one evening and booked a hairdo for next day. The lady gave me an appointment of next day afternoon. Looking at her calendar I had a feeling that they were busy so I asked her if they will be able to accommodate me well, to which her response was assertive. I walked in the salon next day and reached 5min before my appointment only to learn that they were super busy and could not accommodate me. I was infuriated. They asked me to show up after 2.5hrs, as if I have all the time in the world to alter my schedule as per their convenience. I questioned why was I promised a service before and why was I not informed about the change, to which they only said “we are sorry” with the most not so sorry expression.I would recommend not to waste your time here. There are many salons nearby, please chose them over this place.

Andrea has been doing my hair since I was about 17. She always listens to what I would like, if my style preferences have changed, and asks if I'm happy with how it turns out. It is obvious she cares about her work and making sure her clients leave with a smile! Thank you Andrea ... You are the best!!
