I could smell the beef through the paper bag, and not in a good way. It was literally spoiled meat, I did the mistake of taking a bite and the taste/smell were so bad I almost threw up. To be fair though, the few times I ate from this A&W before, it wasn’t like this, it was pretty good for the chain’s standard. This time though, it was too bad, not fit for human or animal consumption lol.

Out of french fries and oignon rings at 8:30pm ... I mean... WHAT ?! It is festival day, of course it's going to be busier. You do not need to be a PhD to know that...Disappointed, probably not going back.I love A&W though.

If ur a little inebriated and someone eggs you on to get the triple patty it's well worth it. Short wait time and good fast food.

The food is usually good 9 out of 10 times, but they often bag it very pourly, causing spills. They have very bland and bitter coffee that is barelly drinkable even with cream or milk, sugar or sweet add on. The store is very small and kinda dirty, not that they dont clean it... It's just old dirt so it makes it unpleasant. I gave 3 out of 5 because the food is good, the rest not so much, and the service is usually 50/50. Sometimes it's good and sometimes its rude.

Excellent service provided by the cashier. Smiling, suggesting what to order. Great service and the food and root beer tasted great.

I received cold sandwiche and when complaied about it, the guy in front was not happy to let me have another sandwich when I just had a single bite of cold or even frozen patty. The restaurant was not clean

I bought 6 sandwiches and only 5 were placed. When I got home, it turned out that the sixth sandwich had not been placed. My family was waiting for food. I left them the sandwiches and went back to ask them for the sixth sandwich. Moreover, they asked me to come back tomorrow for another trip to speak with the manager, who will decide whether to return my right to me or not. In addition to that, there were onion rings coated with salt and their taste was very bad. I do not recommend them at all.

Beyond upsetting. Ordered UberEats and none of the instructions were followed. Couldn't eat any of the food that arrived. They even sent me extra food I still couldn't eat. Wasn't my order. Absolute waste

Tasty burgers as you expect them. The habanero chicken was a nice new taste I had not tried before.The dining area could have been a bit cleaner (table surfaces not swiped, bins full).There was no hand gel available even though the messages on the walls stressed safety.

Horrible breakfest muffin, i couldnt wait to get the taste off my mouth, weird cheese, and oversized egg, i really dont know what they were trying to do. Also, really dirty, and bothrooms look like a crackhouse.
